Terms of Use

Effective date: June 26, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KZENDO platform operated by 80DAYS PHUKET CO., LTD ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using KZENDO you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

KZENDO is a business management and coaching platform that helps consultants and their clients plan, track, and analyse work. It optionally integrates with Zoom to ingest meeting recordings and produce AI-generated summaries and insights.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using KZENDO you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kzendo.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Zoom Integration

KZENDO offers an optional integration with Zoom. By connecting your Zoom account you authorise KZENDO to access your Zoom data (recordings, transcripts, user profile) as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that:

  • You have the right to share the recordings and associated data with KZENDO for processing.
  • You have obtained any necessary consents from meeting participants where required by applicable law.
  • Your use of the Zoom integration complies with Zoom's Terms of Service.

You may disconnect the Zoom integration at any time from your account settings. Upon disconnection we will revoke the stored OAuth tokens.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use KZENDO for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorised third parties to access the platform on your behalf.
  • Use meeting recordings or transcripts processed by KZENDO in a way that violates applicable privacy laws or participant consent requirements.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to KZENDO, including meeting recordings and data. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the service to you. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

7. AI-Generated Content

KZENDO uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting summaries, coaching insights, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying and acting on any AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property in KZENDO belong to 80DAYS PHUKET CO., LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

KZENDO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 80DAYS PHUKET CO., LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use KZENDO. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using KZENDO at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination you may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of KZENDO after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law in your jurisdiction.
